How do I license an image from nelimages.com?
Supply me with the image filename preferably, or the Photo ID, via email or telephonically and request a quotation. Some images might have usage restrictions and has to be checked against current usage licenses.
Once a purchase order is received the image will be supplied via email/ftp/courier to you.
There is an image in your portfolio, not stock collection, that I wish to license. What now?
Certain images in my portfolio might have licensing availability, whereas others may not be licensed or sold by me at all. In such instances I'll supply you with the relevant syndication details or client contact to obtain the images.
What format are the photos in?
All nelimages.com royalty free images are in JPG format. Certain RM images might be supplied in TIFF format.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your RF stock images purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the NEL IMAGES photos that I download?
Yes. While NEL IMAGES offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
Editorial usage, what is this?
Some images in the NELIMAGES catalogue is for editorial usage only. This means the image may not be in any way used to endorse any product, service or any cause in promotional, marketing or advertising material. These image may be used in textbook, educational and editorial applications, in the context supplied in the description.
Do you offer prints?
Yes, all images are available as prints. Currently there is a plethora of printing options available, so please advise on your needs and I'll quote on that.
Can I submit images to NELIMAGES.COM?
Unfortunately not. Danie Nel Photography is the sole contributor to NELIMAGES.COM and is representative of his work only.
